Hi Guys,

I am Sam a 27 year old PE teacher. I

I want to make sure that these lessons are as enjoyable and a beneficial for you as they can be.

My lessons are fun. I want to help you as much as possible. But the lessons have to be enjoyable otherwise you will not be happy!

I went to school in East London till I was 14 then moved abroad with my family for GCSE's and A Levels.

About the lesson

See below for a breakdown on how I teach the following age groups.

Nursery + Reception

- Online PE for Nursery students will visit a wide range of skills looking to improve their physical literacy whilst having as much fun as possible!
- This includes basic skills such as throwing and catching correctly, jumping for take off and landing, static and dynamic balance, and many more.
- All of these skills will be perfected using a number of different games and resources to keep your child engaged throughout! (Lesson time 30-40 minutes)

Lower Primary Y1-3

- Children in Lower Primary will look to further develop physical literacy skills they would have already developed in their PE and extracurricular activities at school.
- They will be learning how best to apply skills, like throwing and catching, into different sporting events and tasks. This will all be done with FUN as the focus of all lessons.
- I want the children to be engaged throughout and enjoy every lesson they attend. (Lesson time 40-60 minutes)

Upper Primary Y4-6
- Children in Upper Primary will look more into sport specific skills that they would like to improve.
- Your child might be interested in improving skills around a sport they have struggled with in school, a sport they would like to specialise in, or even a sport they have never played before but are interested in exploring.
- There is also an opportunity for improving fitness and weight loss with this age group. It is not necessarily about your child doing a fitness session live, but more about understanding the processes around a healthy lifestyle.

Secondary Y7-9
- Secondary PE can be delivered in many ways depending on the specific needs of a student.
- I am able to provide fun and active PE sessions where a number of skills and activities are presented to your child in order to keep them active and moving during the session.
- I am also able to delve more into the theory elements of PE preparing your child for progressing into GCSE PE in the near future.
- There is also an opportunity for improving fitness and weight loss with this age group. It is not necessarily about your child doing a fitness session live, but more about understanding the processes around a healthy lifestyle.

Secondary Y10-13

This age group is split across 2 needs.
- GCSE/A-Level PE support
- Health and Fitness sessions

Secondary Career Planning
- Is your child unsure on what career to pursue or needs support with preparing for a career or university? This is a process I can support them through.
