About Allison
Hi, I’m Allison, a passionate Qigong instructor and the 59th-generation inheritor of Hua Tuo’s Five Animal Frolics (Wu Qin Xi). With years of experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine and wellness practices, I am dedicated to sharing the transformative power of Qigong with people around the world.
Born into a family deeply rooted in Chinese herbal medicine, I’ve always been fascinated by the connection between the body, mind, and spirit. My mission is to preserve and promote the rich cultural heritage of Qigong, blending ancient wisdom with modern approaches to health and well-being.
Currently based in the Gold Coast, Australia, I aim to make Qigong accessible and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of their fitness level or experience. My teaching style focuses on creating a supportive and inclusive environment where students can grow at their own pace.
