About Herbert
I’m a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker who is passionate about helping people communicate naturally and confidently. I’ve spent years working with language learning from a practical perspective, focusing on how people actually use Portuguese in real-life situations rather than academic theory. My goal as a tutor is to create a comfortable and supportive environment where students feel safe to make mistakes, ask questions, and grow. I believe learning a language should feel engaging, human, and connected to real experiences — not stressful or mechanical.
