About Sanidhya
I am Sanidhya Goel, a dedicated physiotherapy intern with a strong passion for teaching and helping students build a solid foundation in their early BPT years. Over time, I’ve worked closely with physiotherapy concepts, clinical reasoning, and practical skills, which allows me to explain topics in a simple, structured, and relatable way. I understand the challenges BPT students face in their 1st and 2nd year—especially with subjects like Anatomy, Physiology, Biomechanics, Electrotherapy, and Exercise Therapy. My aim is to make these subjects clear, logical, and easy to understand so students can study with confidence rather than stress.
