About Zide

I am a 4th year medical student at UCT, playing rugby for the Health Sciences team. Former athlete primarily in long-jump. I am a bodybuilder using basic diet and structured sleeping patterns to fuel optimal muscle growth and functionality.

About the lesson

I provide holistic training services, starting with what your goal is, how your diet is and assess your motivation to achieve your goals. i will then modify the parameters accordingly. We begin well structured and focussed training for optimal growth.
