About Nelda
You deserve training that respects the complexity of the human voice. My time at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama grounded me in rigorous technique, which I have applied over 4 years of teaching various students. I prioritise microphone technique, vibrato control, vocal health and care, exam preparation, sight singing, and head and chest voice.
You will find my teaching style direct yet supportive as we build your foundation. Everything I teach centres on maintaining vocal longevity while encouraging your personal musicality. I prefer a balanced approach where technical discipline supports your long term comfort. My goal is to ensure you feel secure in your instrument so you can focus entirely on the music.

Starting out often feels intimidating because vocal progress is invisible to the eyes. I confess that most beginners worry too much about perfection early on, but we fix this by focusing on mechanics first.
My degree from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama informs every exercise we complete together. We integrate microphone technique and vibrato control alongside sight singing basics.
I record warm-up routines shared for daily home practice so your progress remains consistent. You can expect a supportive environment where we refine vocal health and care through clear, disciplined instructions. This straightforward path ensures you build confidence without sacrificing the joy of playing.
