About Mckenzie
"Completing a Master of Music in Music Performance at the Australian National Academy of Music provided the technical foundation for my 11 years of active performing and instruction. Playing lead guitar involves blending theory with raw intuition on the fretboard. These days I focus on blues progressions and intricate fingerpicking while ensuring students master reading sheet music and tabs.
Power chords and barre chords form the essential backbone for rock players. Ear training remains a vital daily habit. My teaching style just seems to work."
