About Camille

I enjoy learning, but I've found that a poor teacher can make even me feel discouraged from attempting to learn a subject. I know exactly what it feels like to lose faith in oneself because a concept that the teacher or other classmates say is easy, is difficult to grasp. I also know how disheartening it is to study very hard for an exam but not yield the results that reflect the hard work. I want to be that voice of encouragement for my students and help them see subjects in a way that makes sense to them. I want them to love learning and know that they are capable of much more than they think they are. I am here to help your child grow in any way I can because I truly believe in them.

About the lesson

Unless the student requests for a specific concept to be covered during the lesson, I will go through the student's homework with them and answer any questions they may have. If the student needs help with a concept, I will teach it to them and spend the rest of the time working through practice problems. I would then provide them with external resources for further practice. When students have exams, I take time to review the material with them and help them prepare for the exam. I create my lessons unique to each student, their needs, and their learning styles. I am quick to adjust and adapt to the students' needs as they progress in their academic career. My lessons are made to fit my students and students are not made to fit my lessons.
