About Cyrus
Hi, I’m Cyrus! I’m a Biotechnology graduate with extensive hands-on laboratory experience and a strong interest in anatomy, cell biology, and histology.
Throughout my studies and research experiences, I have developed a strong understanding of biological sciences and practical laboratory techniques. My academic and research background has taught me how to approach complex scientific concepts carefully and explain them in a clear and understandable way.
As a tutor, I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions and taking their time to understand difficult material. I’m patient, approachable, and happy to adapt my explanations to each student’s needs and level of understanding.
Whether you are preparing for an upcoming histology exam, struggling to identify tissues under the microscope, or simply looking to strengthen your understanding of the material, I’ll work with you to build your confidence and help you reach your academic goals.

I believe histology becomes much easier when you understand what you are looking at rather than simply memorizing what each tissue looks like. My goal is to help students develop that understanding by connecting microscopic structures to their functions and the underlying biology.
I adapt my teaching to each student’s level and learning style. I use clear explanations, diagrams, visual examples, and guided questions to break down difficult concepts. When working with histological images, I encourage students to learn how to identify tissues systematically by looking at key features such as cell shape, organization, staining patterns, extracellular matrix, and tissue architecture.
