About Ashlynne
I offer prior experience as a tutor, along with a welcoming and safe environment for students to learn in. I always encourage questions, and for students to ask for clarification and further explanations. I always want you to feel comfortable and confident during the lesson, and capable with what you've learned to apply it to your future needs, whether that's classroom learning, assignments, tests, or exams.

As a tutor, I want to work with you on a learning plan that suits you best. I'll customize plans depending on how you like to learn, whether it's practice-based with assistance, or guided examples with room for you to try practicing. Questions are always encouraged!
A typical lesson plan includes me getting to know how you learn best, discussing what topics you want to cover, and then coming up with a plan. From there I can develop guided examples for you, and work through practice problems alongside you so I can help you develop the skills you need to tackle your class/assignments.
I've had previous tutor experience from various ages, so I'm confident to teach at various levels. I'd love to answer your questions, and steer a lesson in any direction you feel you need! I'm here to guide you, so however you like to learn, I'm happy to help.
I have the most experience with middle school/high school sciences and biology, in addition to first/second-year level university courses including molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, and biochemistry.
