About Jessica
Having benefited myself from having a tutor from the ages of 14-16 I have experienced firsthand the impact this can have on a student's grades and confidence. I find working with children and young adults extremely rewarding, and am completely invested in helping students succeed. I really enjoy connecting with students, and appreciate the challenge of finding alternative solutions when we aren't exactly on the same page.

- My tutoring style is prompting the student to think about and answer the questions themselves, while giving prompts and hints where necessary - I find it important for the confidence level of the student for them to engage with the material to come to an answer - I have experience in teaching rowing to kids at secondary school age, and am particularly suited to students with autism/ADHD as a neurodivergent individual myself
