One thing that I have learned from being a student myself is that there is really not one way to learn and that the best students aren't the ones who can study the longest, but the ones who study the most efficiently. For this reason, my personal teaching philosophy is not to just teach students the content but also help them discover the learning strategies that are the most efficient for them by personalizing every lesson to every student.
