About Maisha
I am currently in my second year at a Russel group university studying biomedical sciences. I have been tutoring AQA GCSE science for the past year and having achieved grades of A*AA at A-level in psychology, chemistry and biology respectively, I am confident that I will be able to help you excel in your studies. Tutoring is something that I have really enjoyed doing for the past year and hopefully I can help some of you out there!

I am able to tutor in GCSE biology and chemistry, AS level biology and chemistry and AQA psychology at AS level. My lessons begin with active recall of the last lesson such as going through simple recall questions focussing on any weak areas that were established from the previous lesson. I will then introduce the next topic, teach the topic based on how the student learns best and finishing the lesson off with some consolidation such as going through exam questions. I believe that active recall is the best method for teaching as it allows students and myself to assess their progress. I will try my absolute best to ensure that the lessons are interactive and enjoyable to keep my students engaged!
