About Carys
I studied Biomedical Sciences at the University of Sheffield and graduated with a 2.1 in 2020.
I then worked within the Test and Trace service during the pandemic, whilst also informally tutoring my little sister for her GCSEs and then A levels.

I use a variety of methods to tutor students, depending on whether they prefer to learn in an auditory, visual or tactile way. We will always begin with the very basics of a concept, to ensure the student has a general understanding and confidence in the subject before more intricate details are taught.
I try my best to make learning fun, especially when tutoring young people, and believe that lots of encouragement is the perfect way to build confidence and enthusiasm in Biology.
