About Catherine
I am a Biomedical science student currently in 2nd year with a good all round knowledge of all the major organ systems, genetics, embryonic development and pathology. Previously I've tutored two students in Biology - one for their A level and one for their GCSE.

I maintain that to do well overall, the ins and outs of a process must be understood in detail (or at least appreciated).To do this one must methodically break down why a process is happening, what the grand purpose of the process is, and how that process relates to other aspects and concepts learnt. Using detailed explanations, sought out diagrams and information while also, for example, asking my student to explain back to me what they've grasped I do my best to assure they do really understand what I've taught them. In addition, I love making tailored activity sheets, quizzes and take-home notes to support my student's learning and really help them.
