About Vimbai
I am currently a 1st year Biomedical Science student at De Montfort University. I have always had a liking towards science since I was in school and my friends and classmates would often ask me for help. Assisting and helping people learn a complex subject is an amazing thing. It’s super rewarding when someone becomes confident in their knowledge because you helped them succeed.
Even when I teach myself something I don’t understand it’s so satisfying to be at the end and know the content fully.
But doing well in exams is not just about knowledge but also time management, stress relief, using the correct terminology and applying yourself

Lessons will typically be around 1 - 1.5 hours long, not too long so you won’t be overwhelmed with content. We will do recall during the lesson to solidify your knowledge and relate everything to real life to expand your understanding.
We can also talk about exam techniques, concerns you have, revision methods and ways to deal with stress and time management during exams.
Only a few years ago I was sitting my GCSE’s and less than a year ago my A levels. Trying to learn all the content can be daunting and certain topics can be difficult but with the right knowledge, support and language you will succeed and will be very satisfying when you do.
