About Elisavet
I’m Elisa, a dedicated tutor with a strong academic and research background in Molecular Biology and Genetics (B.Sc., M.Sc.). I have extensive experimental and computational research experience in the field. I hold a Master's in Biomedical Engineering complementing my knowledge in technological innovations. My 1-year research experience at MIT, along with my role on the Innovation Committee of universities —where I helped shape graduate curricula and teaching practices—underscores my commitment to excellence and innovative education. My goal is to make scientific concepts accessible and teach from an application perspective. I teach basic and advanced levels. I aim to inspire confidence and provide professional, personalized tutoring that empowers my students to achieve their academic goals, dreams and beyond. I am also happy to provide mentoring and guidance to navigating a path of research and advanced studies in science in top institutions worldwide. I have been blessed with many amazing teachers and mentors in my life, inspiring my trajectory in science and I believe that sharing this passion with my students and giving back are some of the greatest gifts in life.
