About Monica
Hi, I’m Monica. I don’t believe a tutor has to know everything. I believe in being patient, staying open to learning, and giving my very best to the student I’m helping. I understand that we all struggle with different things, and I’m not afraid to work through those challenges with you. If I happen to make a mistake or do not know something right away, I’ll be honest about it and keep working with you to find a way forward. I hope to be someone you can learn with, not feel intimidated by.

I keep tutoring simple: we focus on what you are learning, where you are struggling, and how to get you confident with it.
I review your class material, examples, quizzes, and upcoming exams with you, then give you targeted practice to strengthen weak areas.
I also work well with students who already understand the material but want accountability, regular practice, and someone to keep them on track.
With my Biomedical Engineering background and experience tutoring math and physics, I break challenging problems into clear, manageable steps without making you feel overwhelmed.
