About Yanmeng
My name is Nancy, and I am a dedicated educator with a passion for teaching English, sciences, and academic writing. I specialize in helping students prepare for the IELTS exam and master high school-level sciences (including biology, chemistry, and physics) as a recipient of Band 8.5 in IELTS as well as NCEA scholarship award for biology and chemistry. My teaching approach is student-centered—I focus on building confidence, critical thinking, and practical skills to ensure success both in academics and beyond. I chose teaching because I believe knowledge should be accessible and empowering. Whether it’s improving language proficiency, breaking down complex scientific concepts, or polishing a research paper, I strive to make learning engaging and effective.
