About Tarun Kumar
I am a neuroscience student currently working on using machine learning to understand how our brain controls our movements. I have 10 plus years of clinical experience as physical therapist. I have good experience of teaching students at high school, undergraduate and graduate level. I enjoy teaching and take it more as a discussion where I gain more insight in the subject.

My teaching is more concept oriented than information. I think learning is more interesting and understandable from outside-in. For example, instead of starting from basic concepts to practical application, I try to first introduce the learner with practical outcomes or problems and then open layers of underlying concepts. Its like giving an overview of the lesson and providing an understanding why we are doing it in the first place.
