About Callie
I completed my Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences from the University of Mississippi, where I taught beginner biology support sessions for students who struggled in their first semester. With seven years of tutoring (five online), I’ve developed a strong ability to calm anxious students and help them trust their own understanding. I care deeply about creating a safe classroom where asking questions — even the smallest ones — is always encouraged.

My Biology lessons are written with the belief that every student can understand science if it’s shown with patience. I teach each chapter with gentle pacing — explaining the “why” behind everything so nothing feels random.
Microbiology becomes a tiny universe full of patterns; Cell Biology becomes a map of life’s hidden structure; Physiology becomes a beautifully coordinated system; Genetics becomes the logic of inherited traits; and Biotechnology becomes a doorway into modern discoveries.
I encourage students constantly, showing them that “being weak” in science is temporary, not permanent. My explanations turn intimidating pages into simple stories. This helps them step into college biology feeling capable, focused, and proud of their improvement.
