About Naomi
I earned my Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences from Northern Arizona University, where I worked with K–12 outreach teams and supported high-school students in introductory science preparation. With 7 years of experience, including significant online teaching, I’ve developed a teaching style built on clear structure, meaningful examples, and emotional support. Students say my approach “makes biology make sense,” and families appreciate the calm atmosphere I bring to every session.

Biology becomes manageable when students see it as a set of connected systems rather than scattered facts. I introduce Microbiology as the study of life too small to see, Cell Biology as the architecture of living things, Physiology as the coordinated function of organs, Genetics as patterns within families, and Biotechnology as the modern application of biological ideas.
I explain everything in calm, simple language, showing students where each concept fits in real life. This helps them build a strong foundation not just for school, but also for college-level biology, where understanding matters more than memorization.
My lessons help them organize their thinking, communicate scientifically, and approach biology with confidence.
