About Ishira
I completed my high school in Vancouver, BC where I graduated in 2016. Following that I started my undergraduate degree at Queens' University where I major in Biology. Currently I am in my 4th year!
I have had past experience in tutoring grade 8 math in high school.

I value explaining topics and content in a way suitable for the student to understand in the most impactful way - via metaphors, practice, visualization etc. Foundations are key in building a good understanding of a subject and therefore I value providing an understanding of foundations before building on more complex topics.
