About Kieran
My journey into biology began with fascination for the microscopic systems that create life. I earned a B.Sc in Molecular Biology, where I studied genetics, cellular mechanisms, and the science behind health and living processes. With 6 years of teaching experience, I have helped students transform biology from memorisation into meaningful understanding.
I believe biology should be taught through connection and clarity. My teaching style emphasises breaking topics into understandable steps, using diagrams, real-world examples, and supportive explanation. I enjoy helping students who feel overwhelmed by terminology, showing them how concepts become manageable when structured properly.
Outside tutoring, I stay engaged with biology through scientific reading and interest in modern research developments. Teaching biology is rewarding because students often shift from confusion to genuine curiosity. Supporting learners as they discover their ability to understand life science is something I deeply enjoy.

Biology becomes fascinating when students realise it is the study of living systems that shape every part of our world. In my lessons, I guide learners through topics such as cell biology, genetics, ecology, evolution, and human physiology with clear explanations and supportive pacing. I focus on helping students understand how biological processes connect, so learning feels logical rather than overwhelming.
Lessons are tailored to each student’s stage. Beginners explore foundational ideas like cell structure, basic inheritance, and simple ecosystem relationships. Intermediate learners develop deeper understanding of respiration, photosynthesis, immunity, and biological cycles through structured practice. Advanced students focus on exam-level explanation, extended responses, scientific terminology, and applying knowledge across complex topics. Visual tools, diagrams, and active questioning are included in every session.
Biology helps students build curiosity, scientific thinking, and appreciation for life’s complexity. Many learners feel empowered once they understand how the body functions or how ecosystems balance. My goal is to make biology approachable, engaging, and confidence-building for every student.
