About Lara
My fascination with biology began with a curiosity about life at both molecular and ecosystem levels. I hold a B.Sc in Biology and an M.Sc in Molecular Biology, combining rigorous theoretical understanding with extensive practical training. Over 11 years, I have guided learners in developing deep conceptual knowledge, experimental proficiency, and analytical skills.
I teach using structured explanations, observation-based exercises, interactive problem-solving, and hands-on experiments. Many learners initially find complex biological systems or experimental interpretation challenging, so I focus on clarity, stepwise guidance, and iterative practice. Lessons are personalized to each learner’s pace, prior knowledge, and learning objectives to ensure confidence and mastery.
Outside the classroom, I remain active in research, laboratory projects, and ecological fieldwork, enriching lessons with real-world relevance. Watching students progress from hesitation to skillful understanding, gaining analytical confidence and independence, is deeply rewarding. My goal is to inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and a genuine passion for exploring the living world in every student I teach.
