About Farzana
My love for science has motivated me to push through tough circumstances (as we all have) and I am now heading towards completing my biomedical science degree. My hobbies include reading and I love doing make-up on myself and others (even though it may not be the best). When I first began tutoring, I never would’ve thought I’d enjoy it as much as I do. It brings me such joy to not only push students to achieve wonderful grades, but also meet so many bright young children from all sorts of backgrounds. I have been tutoring for over a year now with students ranging from ages 6-16. I enjoy working with students to find their areas of strength and weakness which will then allow me to plan specific lessons and implement methods of teaching that are best suited to them and will allow them to excel further to their highest potential. I have a wide variety of methods depending on what works best; including textbooks, worksheets, self-made exercises, videos, Interactive activities etc.

My methods include identifying the strengths and weaknesses of my students, and creating personalised lesson plans in order to push them to their full potential. I believe that we can all achieve great things with the right motivation and work ethic. I want to be there when students need someone to talk to about their academic stresses, as I have been in your shoes before. I have been tutoring for over a year now with students ranging from ages 6-16.
