My teaching methodology is based on full participation of student and teacher in learning. We learn together. I teach students and assess the students after each lesson and reteach if need be, I also give assignment on the topic I taught and next topic at the end of every lesson to enable easy assimilation of the subject and also to identify slow learners and to follow them up. I also award grades and gifts for excellent performance to encourage excellent performance.
