About Rachel
I am a college student, so I understand studying can be hard and boring sometimes, do I strive to make my sessions fun! I have experience with those who have learning disabilities, and am used to teaching those who may not want to be learning at the moment. School is fun when you know what is going on, so I make sure my lessons are easy to understand and not a chore.

I have tutoring experience with a variety of kids with different backgrounds and know how to keep class from getting boring. I use bite-sized prices of knowledge to supplement learning and believe in learning as being more than just regurgitating information. A typical lesson plan would start with a quick review through quizlet or kahoot, mini worksheets with knee material, and a closing segment where showing comprehension of the new material may earn points toward a (parent approved) prize.
