As useful as I can be, my ultimate aim is to teach students to become independent learners. The buzzword in both high schools and universities these days is critical thinking: encouraging students to analyse subjects in a deeper, more analytical manner. I also find that memes are an effective method of summarizing knowledge so I occasionally share science memes and encourage students to create memes that help with understanding and remembering concepts.
