I prepare my lessons according to the student's level and needs. I write my own notes, prepare homework and exams. I teach in a friendly way, no matter what mistakes the students do as I'm always there to correct and give all what they need to reach their goal. Teaching biology depends on listening, practicing and above all a good relationship between the students and their teacher. I always convince my students that biology is not that difficult absurd subject (as most students might think), but it is our world and if it is well understood, it becomes a technology.
