About Amaya
I am a biology tutor with 7 years of experience and a Bachelor’s in Life Sciences. My interest in biology began with curiosity about how living organisms function and interact. Over the years, I have helped many students improve their understanding and confidence in the subject. My goal is to make biology simple, clear, and enjoyable for every learner.
My teaching style is patient, clear, and supportive. I focus on breaking down complex topics into simple explanations so students can understand easily. I use diagrams, real-life examples, and revision strategies to support learning. I also adapt my lessons based on each student’s needs and pace, ensuring steady progress. Helping students build confidence and strong understanding is always my main focus.
Outside teaching, I enjoy learning about new scientific discoveries and developments in biology. This helps me bring fresh insights into my lessons. I feel proud when students gain confidence and begin understanding concepts independently.
