I like to break down my sessions into relevant areas, and keep all information on the topic together. I am happy to adapt my methods to suit those I am working with, but I tend to prefer active learning. I would rather support someone to find the answers themselves, rather than just instructing them on the methodology. I prefer to work with individuals or small groups, either online or in person.
