About Mae
My interest in biology began with curiosity about how living organisms grow and interact with their surroundings. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, where I developed strong knowledge in life sciences. Over the past 5 years, I have worked with students from different academic levels, helping them understand complex topics through simple explanations. Teaching allows me to make biology easy and accessible.
My teaching style is clear, patient, and adaptable. I understand that each student learns differently, so I adjust my methods based on their needs. I focus on building strong basics, using visual explanations, and encouraging regular practice. I also create a comfortable learning environment where students feel free to ask questions and explore concepts. This helps them stay motivated and engaged.
Outside teaching, I continue learning about new developments in biology and scientific research. This helps me keep my lessons updated and relevant. Teaching biology is meaningful to me because I see students grow in confidence and understanding. Helping them build strong knowledge, improve performance, and develop interest in life sciences is something I truly value, and I remain committed to supporting their long-term academic success.

My biology lessons are designed to make learning about living systems simple, clear, and easy to understand for every student. I guide learners through topics such as cell biology, human anatomy, physiology, genetics, and ecology using structured explanations. I focus on helping students understand how biological systems function instead of memorising information. Each lesson includes diagrams, examples, and real-life connections that make learning more meaningful and engaging.
Lessons are structured based on the student’s level and learning pace. Beginners start with basic concepts like cell structure and simple biological processes. Intermediate learners explore body systems, genetics, and environmental science in more detail. Advanced students work on deeper understanding, application-based questions, and exam preparation strategies. I provide regular practice, revision sessions, and feedback to ensure steady progress. This helps students build clarity and confidence gradually.
Biology also helps students develop observation skills and logical thinking. As they begin to understand how living organisms function, they become more curious and interested in the subject.
