About Leah
I am a qualified Biology and Home Economics teacher with a Masters in my subject areas. I achieved a first class honours in my degree. I studied in St Angela's College and am based in Dublin now. I became a teacher because my own teachers inspired me so much. She didn't use the traditional chalk and talk teaching but focused on us as individuals with individual needs and abilities. She used humour and anecdotes to teach complex ideas and make them relatable which has carried through my own teaching. I am passionate about teaching and I want to help students have the positive experience of learning similar to my own.
