I'm a Biology graduate with a passion for nature and maths

I know Oliver in my capacity as his Personal Academic Tutor on his BSc in Biology at the University of Southampton 2017 to 2020.

He is a bright student who regularly manages good work. He has studied a diversity of subjects within the biological sciences. In year 2, these included: animal behaviour, fieldwork methodologies and statistical techniques, population ecology, evolution, plant development and function, adaptive physiology. In his current year 3, he has been studying applied and behavioural ecology, topics in ecology and evolution, global change biology, and bioethics. He excels in quantitative methods, where he was one of the best in our year-2 class on statistics.

Oliver has a strong interest in the whole-organism end of the biological sciences. He brings a mature character to his work, and is reliable in the management of his studies. He interacts well with his peers and teachers alike, and he is articulate in written and spoken communication.

I recommend Oliver to anyone, his teaching style makes everything so much more understandable and Is always willing to take the time to explain complex maths topics that I was struggling with.
