Teaching Method and Techniques:
My teaching method revolves around fostering active learning, critical thinking, and curiosity. I believe in creating an interactive and engaging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring concepts. I utilize a variety of techniques including lectures, discussions, hands-on activities, multimedia presentations, and real-world examples to cater to different learning styles.
Typically I start off with an introduction to listen to what the student is struggling with conceptually and then work backwards. We spend time exploring the concept via an interactive lecture: present key concepts, definitions, and theories with visual aids and examples.
Then I transition to Application and Practice:
Problem-solving exercises: Provide practice questions or scenarios to apply newly learned concepts.
