About Alan
Teaching 13 years of biology started because I realized classrooms often overlook the core logic of nature. Most students think memorizing facts is sufficient, but understanding the underlying systems is actually the only way to succeed. My BS in Chemistry provides the technical foundation needed to dissect complex molecular biology and human anatomy.
I spend my days breaking down the nervous system, exam technique, enzymes and metabolism, microbiology, ecology and ecosystems, DNA and RNA structure, and photosynthesis and respiration for my students. This is just what I do.
