About Maurice
I'm a graduate in biology and will start my Master this summer. I completed my studies at the University of Exeter, with a 1.7 cut, in England. The focus of my studies was mainly zoology, ecology and botany. I got my Abitur at a biotechnology high school, with a 1.6 cut. That's why I'm well-trained in all areas of biology. Furthermore, English was a particularly strong subject during my schooldays. Through my three years of study in England, I was able to deepen my knowledge of the English language and now speak English almost mother tongue. In addition to everyday usage, especially my subject and scientific English are outstanding.

I try to adapt my lessons to the students I teach, since I think that everyone has individual learning needs. For me it is important to make the lessons interesting and playful. During the lesson, I work with many examples, I go for the biology tutoring, depending on the topic, sometimes like to go outside and try to keep English tutoring as possible on a conversation basis in English. I do this because I think that knowledge will hang particularly well when the students experience something and connect what they've learned with something. Of course, the activities are adapted to the age of the student and the teaching material.
