About Ginevra
Hi! I'm Ginevra, a Biology graduate with a Biomedical Sciences emphasis and extensive experience teaching anatomy in a university cadaver laboratory.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biology and have worked with students at different levels, from introducing students to human anatomy for the first time to helping university students build a deeper understanding of complex biological systems. I have also worked in a clinical healthcare setting, giving me a practical perspective on how anatomy and biomedical sciences connect to real-world medicine.
I am currently preparing to begin Graduate Entry Medicine at University College Dublin, and I particularly enjoy helping students who feel overwhelmed by the amount of information they are expected to learn.
My approach is focused on understanding rather than memorizing. I break difficult topics into manageable concepts, use diagrams and active recall, and adapt lessons to the student's learning style and goals. Whether you are preparing for an exam, struggling with a particular topic, or simply want a better study strategy, I can help you build both understanding and confidence.
I offer tutoring in Biology, Anatomy, Physiology, Biomedical Sciences, Cell Biology, Genetics, Molecular Biology and related subjects.
I am bilingual in Italian and English and can provide lessons in either language, including support with scientific and medical terminology in English.
Lessons are available online, with in-person tutoring in Dublin depending on location and availability.

Italian
My teaching is centered around understanding, active recall and building confidence.
I first identify what the student already understands and where they are getting stuck. From there, I break complex topics into smaller concepts and use diagrams, explanations, questions and active recall to make the material easier to retain.
For exam preparation, I focus not only on knowing the content but also on recognizing what the question is asking and applying knowledge under time pressure.
For university students, I can also help develop study strategies for large volumes of material, including how to organize notes, use Anki effectively and prepare for exams without relying solely on rereading.
I adapt each lesson to the student's needs rather than following a fixed script.
