About Robson
I am a biologist in love with life, and I have a great fascination especially with marine life, since I understand myself by people. Our world today is characterized by human overpopulation and its great transformation of natural environments. As a result of this unrestrained human development, species extinctions and habitat degradation occur. I believe that the accumulation of knowledge and experiences that I acquired throughout my academic life should be shared with students, in a world that so lacks environmental care and scientific knowledge. In addition, the dissemination of this scientific knowledge by teachers and professionals of the environment, must be carried out not only within the scientific community, but for all social actors involved in the conservation of species and the balance of ecosystems. After all, all human beings are transforming agents in the environment and need environmental education.

My teaching techniques and methods involve didactic content organized in PowerPoint slides, in an objective and systematized way. The current scientific knowledge about the different areas of Biology is transmitted in the form of topics by subject, with exhibitions of images, graphs and tables. There is a commitment to the teaching-learning process, so that student participation is encouraged, in the form of questions, comments or doubts, throughout the class. In this way, the development of the class is dynamic and practical, with current examples on the state of knowledge of the art to be worked on. As a professor and biologist, my specificities involve mastering different disciplines and major areas of biology, with an emphasis on Ecology, Zoology and Marine Biology. This class is designed for students of all levels (high school, higher and postgraduate), for students or professionals in Biology and related fields.
