About Fernando
I have a degree in Bioengineering with a Masters in Science, with my field of research being cancer research. I am currently working on my PhD while I work as a research assistant for one of the best research institutes of my country.
I have job expertise in other areas, since I worked in manufacturing as an engineer before I decided to keep working in my studies and become a researcher and a professor.

I love to make my classes interactive and entretaining. I can teach in both English and Spanish, being the latter my first language.
First, I like to know where my students are at regarding their knowledge of the subject. After that, I create a specific lesson plan depending on their level and what they need/want to learn.
I am still studying since I´m working on my PHD, which I feel grants me the ability to stay in touch on how a student feels, what they need to learn and how they need to learn. This allows me to stay updated in new teaching techniques and gives me both perspectives.
I have experience tutoring middle school, highschool and college level students, with a few classes given tp Posgrads as well.
