About Rebecca
I am currently studying at the University of Oxford on an integrated masters course in Biochemistry (Molecular and Cellular). This means I have a broad knowledge of biology, particularly cellular, metabolism and molecular biology at a degree level.
I am familiar with the structure of the GCSE and A-Level courses and have a very strong understanding of what examiners expect to see in a A*/9 grade answer.
I am an experienced tutor, helping younger students at school through a peer-tutor system, and have also successfully coached two students (one Chemistry and one Biochemistry) through the Oxford interview process, as well as helping five students achieve their target grades or higher at GCSE and A-level.

I am an experienced tutor who teaches with a personalised approach to each student - I understand that not every student can be taught the same way and am able to adapt to that. The typical length of a lesson would be 1 hour, as A-Level subjects can become overwhelming after extended periods of time, which I appreciate. I am qualified to teach A-Level and GCSE Biology as I achieved top grades at both levels myself and have completed three years of an Oxford Biochemistry degree.
