About Caitlin
From my research career in academia, I have gained considerable experience in writing and editing manuscripts. I currently work on editing articles for non-native English speakers to help with the publication of their manuscripts. I have presented and relayed scientific research to a broad audience: to top peers in my field at national and international conferences, to university students, and to the wider public. I have always enjoyed working with students. I have had the opportunity to mentor students from different age groups: from post-graduate students to undergraduates, as well as Year 8 students interested in STEM. During grad school, I worked as a teaching assistant for Cell and Developmental Biology courses. I also worked closely with students as a private tutor in courses ranging from Intro to Biology, Cell Biology, Developmental Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Microbiology and related laboratory classes. In addition to tutoring, I routinely designed practice questions to ensure my students would be successful in preparing and scoring well on their exams. I hope we can work together to help you achieve your study goals.
