About Joedy

Offering 7 years of multifaceted knowledge around architecture and construction within the design and built environment. I am established as an architectural designer through the utilisation of modern methods and tools with a passion to address some of the key issues we see in our social, economic and environmental landscapes. Boasting technical skills and expertise spanning a diverse range of domestic and non-domestic projects across sectors such as corporate, education, government, industrial, retail, refurbishment, and conservation. Engagement in these projects has developed important attributes and understanding in the following: -Process and project management -Software and innovative technology -Building science and sustainable practice -Regulatory knowledge and insight These skills and attributes enable creative solutions to address the challenges prevalent in industry today. My motivation towards leveraging my expertise to address these issues combined with critical thinking facilitates design confidence with a proven track record of completing projects within competitive time frames whilst enhancing project excellence and commercial success. With a professional character sharpened by enthusiasm I constantly look to foster synergy and camaraderie to enrich working environments and communities. Furthermore, personal moral values and beliefs create a strong ethos towards diligence and the view that anyone is capable of success with industrious application.

About the lesson

As the managing director of a BIM Consultancy, I have regularly provided BIM assistance and support to various types of construction professionals. Providing support daily to ensure that only the most efficient high-quality models are produced. I can help and provide support with: -3D Modelling -Rendering -Drawings and Detailing (BIM and CAD) -Model based Scheduling -Creation of Revit Families and Templates -Revit Standards and Protocols -Scripting Whether starting a project from scratch or looking to enhance project success with BIM/Revit I look to work with you to deliver the most effective construction information and data. You will be guided and provided thorough explanation on everything architectural, BIM, and construction related to develop your skills and understanding. Lessons will generally be an hour long, but I am flexible to individual needs and schedule requirements.
