About Lily
Hi! My name is Lily, and I'm a bilingual Special Education student with a passion for helping students learn and grow. I offer personalized tutoring for elementary students in all core subjects, as well as English support for secondary students. My studies have helped me develop adaptable teaching strategies to meet different learning styles and needs. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt each lesson to their learning style, pace, and goals. As a Special Education student, I use personalized teaching strategies to make learning engaging, supportive, and effective.
A typical lesson includes a quick review, practice with new concepts, and activities that build both skills and confidence. I encourage questions and create a positive environment where students feel comfortable learning.
I offer tutoring for elementary students in English, reading, writing, and homework support. Being bilingual in English and French allows me to explain concepts in whichever language best supports the student's learning.
