About Christina
I’m a friendly, patient, and reliable professional who believes that learning a language should feel encouraging—not intimidating. I create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you can practice freely, make mistakes, and build confidence at your own pace.
With several years of professional experience in customer experience, healthcare, and operations, I’m comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds and communication styles. I’m also bilingual in English and French and based in Montreal, giving me a strong understanding of the challenges that can come with communicating in a bilingual environment.
Whether your goal is to feel more confident in everyday conversations, communicate more naturally at work, or simply have someone to practice English with, I’ll tailor our sessions to your needs and make sure you feel comfortable along the way.

My lessons are practical, conversational, and tailored to your goals. Rather than focusing only on grammar and memorization, I focus on helping you feel confident using English in real-life situations.
We’ll use guided conversation, role-playing, and situational practice to prepare for experiences you may actually encounter, such as meeting new people, making small talk, participating in meetings, speaking with colleagues, making phone calls, ordering at a restaurant, or preparing for a job interview.
A typical lesson starts with a relaxed conversation, followed by a specific topic or scenario. We’ll practice through discussion and role-play, with helpful feedback on vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and natural expressions. We’ll finish by reviewing key takeaways and areas to practice.
What sets me apart is my focus on real-world communication and confidence. My professional background has given me extensive experience communicating with customers and colleagues, and I understand that knowing English and feeling comfortable speaking it are two different things.
My lessons are best suited for adult intermediate to advanced English learners, including newcomers to Canada, professionals, and anyone who wants to improve conversational fluency, workplace communication, or everyday speaking confidence.
