About Jacob
Following graduation from the leading liberal arts school, with a focus on critical writing skills (Hamilton College), and with completed studies in Spain based in Madrid, I have firsthand experience helping students to navigate not just new vocabulary and grammar, but also how to navigate local colloquialisms, and to communicate effectively and persuasively.

I take a learn-by-doing approach to help students develop their English skills with regular video conferences. Pending student need and objective, I will either provide support in developing skills as part of their ongoing studies, or will provide a structured curriculum to follow to achieve their goals. I have particular proficiency in helping native-Spanish speakers, as a bilingual speaker who has tutored students across a range of skill levels in Madrid.
