About Ana
Hi! My name is Ana, and I’m a bilingual English and Portuguese speaker currently studying Biomedical Sciences at York University in Toronto.
Having lived and studied in different cultural and academic environments, I understand the real challenges of learning and communicating in a second language. This experience allows me to connect with students who are navigating similar journeys.
I am patient, supportive, and highly organized. I value clear communication and creating a comfortable space where students feel confident to express themselves and ask questions.
Outside of teaching, I’m passionate about education, personal growth, and helping others achieve their goals. I truly believe language is a powerful tool that opens doors — academically, professionally, and personally.
