About Kat
Hi there! I’m Katalina (Kat or Kata), and I’d love to help you learn English. I graduated from the University with a degree in bilingual education. I’m a trilingual speaker of Native English, Native Spanish, and now Italian. I understand what it feels like to learn a new language from scratch. That’s why I focus on making my lessons supportive, interactive, and tailored to your goals. A little about me: At the university, I studied bilingual education. I learned how to teach English as a second language in a way that is fun and useful. I’m a bilingual tutor who speaks both English (from the U.S.) and Spanish (from Costa Rica), and I’m passionate about making learning fun, comfortable, and personalized to YOU. Whether you want to practice conversation, improve grammar, prepare for exams, or just feel more confident speaking, I’ll make sure our lessons are engaging and suited to your goals. In my classes, we’ll laugh, learn, and celebrate progress together. I love to have deep and meaningful conversations, and I believe that the best way to master a language is by connecting it to real life, so we’ll work with topics that are interesting and useful to you.
