About Valentina
Hi! My name is Valentina. I moved from Colombia to Canada when I was 12 and understand first-hand what it's like to be a complete beginner in every way. Over the last 14 years I have been able to: - Learn and perfect my English from Scratch (IELTS Band 9) - Gain an Honors Biochemistry degree with a minor in Biophysics from the University of Ottawa - Use my love for learning and teaching to help 20+ students ranging from 11 to 45 years old to achieve their academic goals. I believe teaching is not a one-size fits all and have no doubt that everyone has the capacity to excel with the right tools. I look forward to helping you feel realized in your goals!
